Customer Service Representative

- Qualification- 0-3 yrs (Freshers are welcome)
- Salary Package- 2.5 LPA to 4 LPA
Responsibilities :-
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Providing complete information about the product to the customer.
- Solving all product or service related issues of the customers.
- Preparing the Customer Service Guidelines and Keeping a Record of the Customers
- Giving the right pitch to the potential customers, so they end up buying the product or availing the services.
- Maintaining and updating the information of the customers regularly.
- Providing the best possible solution to the queries of the customers.
- Making products and services reports by collecting and analyzing the information provided by the customers.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduation.
- Fresher and Experienced
- Ability to communicate effectively in English language.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
