Job Description
Position : CRE/Helpdesk Executive
Location : Ulwe , Navi Mumbai
Education : Min Graduate
Experience : Min 2 Yrs Must be worked as "CRE profile or on helpdesk role in residential or hotel industry
Duty : 9 HRs with 6 days working & rotational Shift
Require Skill : Fluent communication, Familiarity with AVIVO software
JD:
Monitor client/customer issues related to engineering department and prepare regular reports on client activity
1) To ensure that the help desk operator will get all services complaints of buildings/terminals , forward the complaints to respected teams and ensure their closure as per the agreed response time.
2) All priority types of complaints will be cleared as per standards
3) The help desk operator will adhere to the response time as per agreed response time.
4) To generate daily complaint sheets through CMMS and to provide client. Each complaint should have a unique number and must be able to track back.
5) Emergency calls & complaints are to be attended and circulated on priority to Key Account Manager,
6) Updating all the contact numbers of Key positions & escalation matrix at least twice in a year
The Service Provider shall intimate to concerned person regarding breakdown of any equipment log the same at the AVIVO system.
