Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Contact Representative to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on providing high-quality customer support and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner
• Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers
• Support the team in improving customer service processes and service quality
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Patient, positive, and detail-oriented attitude
• Prior customer service experience is an added advantage
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: 25,000 38,000 per month
• Night Shift Allowance: Additional compensation for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week
