Position: Virtual Assistant

Job Timings: 7:00 PM - 04:00 AM (Cab-Dropoff)

Key Responsibilities:


Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communication, managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

Data Entry and Documentation: Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.

Research: Conduct online research on various topics as required, compile information, and prepare reports or summaries as needed.

Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks and projects across different teams, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are communicated effectively.

Customer Support: Provide assistance to customers or clients as needed, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Miscellaneous Support: Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to various areas of the business.


Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate.
