Job Description

Profile - Inbound Voice Process (US Healthcare )

Location - Airoli East, Navi Mumbai

Experience - Fresher / Experience

Mode - Work From Office

Shift - Rotational shift predominantly night shifts

Weekly Off: Any 2 weekoff

Cab Facility - Drop Facility( one way)

Skill: Excellent communication skills.

Qualification - HSC/ Graduate

Salary for HSC/Graduate Fresher and EXP - LPA

Night shift allowance 0 to 3k


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from US-based members regarding healthcare insurance, claims, policy details, and coverage.
  • Provide accurate information regarding eligibility, deductibles, payments, and prior authorizations.
  • Document interactions appropriately and maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly with a customer-first approach.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when needed.
  • Stay updated with system changes, policy updates, and meet quality and productivity targets.
