Job Description

We're looking for someone who can be the voice of Meridian - someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, solves problems with empathy, and can bring professionalism and personality to every interaction.
What Youll Be Doing:
Responding to customer queries via email, chat, and social media (no calls).
Managing order tracking, returns, warranty claims, and general product questions.
Ensuring each customer walks away with a positive experience, even when things go wrong.
Coordinating with logistics partners and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
What Were Looking For:
Excellent written English (grammar + tone matter!)
Patience, empathy, and a calm problem-solving attitude
Prior experience in D2C or ecommerce support is a bonus
Ability to work independently and own outcomes
Familiarity with tools like Gmail, Shopify, Shiprocket
