TTEC is hiring Customer Service Representatives (English Voice) for its Mohali location.

What will I actually do in this role?

Youll be supporting U.S.-based customers by:

• Handling inbound customer calls
• Resolving queries in a professional and empathetic manner
• Providing accurate information using company tools
• Upselling products/services where applicable
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and first-call resolution

This role is for you if:

• You have minimum 1 year of US voice experience
• Your English communication is B2 level or above
• Youre comfortable with 247 rotational shifts
• Youre customer-focused and solution-oriented
