Urgent Hiring for Customer Service Representative
Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Experience :- 1 - 5 Years
Location: Sector 54, Gurugram, Haryana
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions
and/or alternatives.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way.
Qualifications
Graduate or Undergraduate.
Proven experience as a call centre agent or similar customer service role.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Patience and ability to handle stressful situations.
