Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with travel-related queries via phone/email/chat for domestic airline services.
- Provide accurate information on bookings, cancellations, and flight updates.
- Ensure timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Undergraduates or Graduates (Freshers can apply).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written).
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling).
- Age: 18-28 years preferred; ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn in the travel sector.
Salary & Benefits:
- Take Home Salary: 16,500 per month.
