Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers with travel-related queries via phone/email/chat for domestic airline services.
  • Provide accurate information on bookings, cancellations, and flight updates.
  • Ensure timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards.


Requirements:


  • Qualification: Undergraduates or Graduates (Freshers can apply).
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written).
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling).
  • Age: 18-28 years preferred; ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Freshers with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn in the travel sector.


Salary & Benefits:


  • Take Home Salary: 16,500 per month.
  • Process Incentives: Up to 5,000 based on performance.
