Job Title: Out of Hours Consultant Bookings
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Shift Timings :- 5pm to 2 am (Rotational Offs) (Saturday & Sunday Weekend Working required )
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as Recruitment Consultant. As Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our mission to source nurses across various specialties, midwives, and home care/healthcare workers. Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound/outbound calls: Receiving calls from clients and candidates and assisting with their queries and attending to their needs.
- Interact with customers/clients through phone or e-mail and managing all queries, requests and complaints: Responding timeously to clients and candidates and ensuring no clients/candidates is left without a response.
- Booking nurses/healthcare professionals in to shifts: Reaching out to candidates to find out their availability and booking them into shifts accordingly. These bookings are across all departments (Nursing Homes, Acute and Complex Care)
- Handling cancellations from clients and candidates and following the processes set to replace: Ensuring client is kept informed on the replacement and or the candidate is kept informed regarding the shift cancellation and all is documented on the system.
- To be professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful to all candidates that you speak to: Maintaining highest standards of the ICG Medical values.
- Sourcing of new clients/business: Using necessary networks and platform to acquire new business.
- To assist and provide the highest standard of customer care: Keeping clients and candidates informed and creating a seamless transaction and experience.
- To have an efficient telephone manner to take accurate information and update the system.
- Achieving daily/ weekly and monthly KPIs and hours target.
Qualifications:
- Recruitment experience within any industry is a must
- Out of hours experience is incredibly beneficial, but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Committed to a high level of service delivery for clients and candidates.
- Working under pressure.
- Good knowledge of MS excel.
- Dedicated and reliable with strong attention to detail.
- Customer service driven.
- Applicants with a strong desire to work in a fast paced, high energy and vibrant environment.
