Shift: Saturday to Friday (Night Shift), 5 days a week with 2 weekly offs (Saturday & Sunday included)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative with strong email support experience, ideally in a US-based customer service environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through accurate documentation and effective written communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage store-based, employee-based, and digital coupon-related customer issues via email.
• Review cases, analyze information/tools, and provide accurate resolutions.
• Use appropriate templates and maintain detailed documentation for each case.
• Update customer records and classify cases correctly.
• Follow up on open issues to ensure timely closure.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in written format.
• Learn new processes quickly and apply correct resolution methods.
