About the role:

Globeia is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy professional who can manage customer inquiries efficiently across multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Assist clients with background check, authentication, and document verification services
• Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues with accuracy and empathy
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflow and improve the overall customer experience

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer-service mindset with proven problem-solving abilities
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms, online tools, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and work independently
• Minimum post-secondary education required
• Ability to work remotely from a quiet, professional environment
• Must be available to work in EU/PST time zones.

Preferred Experience

• Prior customer service experience (remote, virtual, hybrid, or onsite)
• Experience in background checks, document verification, or related service industries is an asset
