Customer Service Representative

Job Description: We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for a US outbound calling process. The role involves making outbound calls to US customers, gathering accurate information, and maintaining professional communication standards.

Key Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills

Candidates must have a Minimum of 6 months of experience in US calling process, fresher with good English communication can also apply

Comfortable working in US shift (Monday to Friday)

Strong interpersonal and listening skills; Ability to meet quality and performance targets

On-site job for the Ahmedabad Nehrunagar location.

Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 per month + huge incentives
