Customer Support Executive (Hybrid) D2C Jewellery Brand

Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer communication across all support channels and ensure a smooth, empathetic, and solution-oriented experience for our customers.

This is a hybrid role , with 3 days a week working from our Dehradun office to build product familiarity and alignment with the brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer queries across:
  • WhatsApp
  • Instagram DMs
  • Email
  • Assist customers with:
  • order status and delivery timelines
  • product-related questions (materials, care, waterproofing, customization)
  • returns, exchanges, and replacements as per company policies
  • Communicate clearly, politely, and empathetically at all times
  • Follow internal customer support SOPs and guidelines
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues when required
  • Maintain records of customer conversations and resolutions
Requirements
  • Strong communications skills
  • Prior experience in customer support or customer-facing roles
  • Ability to communicate calmly and professionally with customers
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently
  • Reliable availability during agreed working hours
  • Must be based in Dehradun and able to work from office 3 days a week
Work Structure
  • Hybrid role
  • 3 days in office (mandatory)

  • Direct coordination with the founder
