Compensation
- Salary Range: 23,000 40,000 per month
- Typical Offered Range: 26,000 35,000 (based on experience)

Role Overview
As a BPO Associate (Chat Process), you will handle customer interactions across multiple non-voice platforms such as chat, email, and social media. Your role is to deliver quick, accurate, and empathetic solutions that elevate the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via chat, email, and social platforms
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses
- Understand issues and resolve them effectively
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in written communication
- Ensure high customer satisfaction standards
- Collaborate with internal teams for faster resolutions
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Candidates currently pursuing graduation are not eligible
