Compensation

  • Salary Range: 23,000 40,000 per month
  • Typical Offered Range: 26,000 35,000 (based on experience)
  • Performance-based incentives and additional benefits


Role Overview

As a BPO Associate (Chat Process), you will handle customer interactions across multiple non-voice platforms such as chat, email, and social media. Your role is to deliver quick, accurate, and empathetic solutions that elevate the overall customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via chat, email, and social platforms
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses
  • Understand issues and resolve them effectively
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in written communication
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams for faster resolutions


Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
  • Candidates currently pursuing graduation are not eligible
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
