Job Title: Customer Support Executive US Healthcare (Inbound Voice)

Location:Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (On-site with complimentary cab drop facility)

Shift & Schedule:

1. Night shift aligned with U.S. time zones

2. Monday to Friday working days

3. Fixed weekends off Saturday & Sunday

Role Overview:

1. Handle inbound calls from U.S. healthcare customers.

2. Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.

3. No sales targets involved in this process.

Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).

2. Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation/Diploma is an advantage).

3. Comfortable working in night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.

4. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. In-hand salary: 15,000 19,000 per month.

2. Travel allowance and subsidized meals.

3. Free cab drop after night shift.

4. Attendance bonus of 1,000 per month.

5. Annual performance bonus up to 15,000.
