Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for answering customer queries through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat.
  • Help customer troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and find solution to their concern.
  • Explain or educate the customer about product & services to assist the customers in making the decision.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including the nature of inquire, action taken, and resolution provided.
  • Ensuing that all customer service interaction adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standard is important.
  • Follow up with the customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied with the service provided.


Skills & Experience:


  • Graduate with excellent fluency in English and Hindi, Additional language skills would be a plus
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer Support
  • Knowledge of Customer Support tools, ORM and chat tools
  • Comfortable to work in dynamic environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to understand customers issue and point of view and answering his queries accordingly
  • Self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn new skills in an Ever-changing environment Good presentation skills.
