Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering customer queries through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat.
- Help customer troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and find solution to their concern.
- Explain or educate the customer about product & services to assist the customers in making the decision.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including the nature of inquire, action taken, and resolution provided.
- Ensuing that all customer service interaction adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standard is important.
- Follow up with the customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
Skills & Experience:
- Graduate with excellent fluency in English and Hindi, Additional language skills would be a plus
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer Support
- Knowledge of Customer Support tools, ORM and chat tools
- Comfortable to work in dynamic environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to understand customers issue and point of view and answering his queries accordingly
- Self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn new skills in an Ever-changing environment Good presentation skills.
