Hiring: Customer Service Coordinator | Gurugram (On-Site) | Babaclick India


Babaclick is a British, UK-headquartered company operating across the UK, US, EU, UAE, Canada, India and China. Our India team builds and operates the analytical and operational backbone behind our cross-border commerce engine powered by data, logistics intelligence, and AI-enabled workflows.


Were hiring a Customer Service Coordinator to join our operations team. This role acts as the first point of contact for our customers, requiring someone who is articulate, organised, and able to manage queries while coordinating closely with internal teams.


This is a high-ownership role not just responding to queries, but actively driving issues through to resolution.


What Youll Do

Act as the first point of contact for customer queries (primarily via email across Amazon and other channels)

Respond to enquiries clearly, professionally, and within defined timelines

Own customer issues end-to-end from initial query through to resolution

Actively follow up and chase internal stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved, not just passed on

Coordinate with procurement, fulfilment, and operations teams to resolve queries and service requests

Manage and prioritise multiple open cases simultaneously, ensuring nothing is left unresolved

Maintain trackers and logs of customer interactions and open issues

Build and maintain a knowledge base of recurring issues, exceptions, and resolutions

Support operational tasks alongside customer handling where required


What Were Looking For

Strong written and spoken English (non-negotiable)

Clear, structured, and confident communication

High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership

Ability to follow through and drive resolution across teams

Comfortable managing multiple live cases in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving mindset

Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for tracking

Must be based in or able to commute reliably to Sector 54, Gurugram (on-site role)

Role Details

Working Hours: 9AM - 6PM

Working Days: Monday Friday (+ alternate Saturdays as required)

Location: Sector 54, Gurugram (On-Site)

Schedule: Full-time

Salary: INR 3.6 LPA
