As our Customer Service Representative , you will be the first point of contact for our customers and business partners. Youll turn inquiries into conversions, manage end-to-end customer interactions, promote our organic and wellness products, and support both D2C and B2B sales growthwhile ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence, clarity, and empathy.
• Confirm COD orders, reduce RTOs, and recover abandoned carts.
• Generate leads through cold and warm calling for both D2C and B2B customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products, combos, and wellness programs based on customer needs.
• Communicate product benefits clearly and authentically to customers and B2B partners.
• Share quotations, pricing details, and follow up to close orders.
• Address customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email in a timely manner.
• Collect post-delivery feedback, manage complaints, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM, Shopify, and Excel sheets.
• Work closely with sales, logistics, warehouse, and wellness teams to build long-term customer relationships.
• Consistently work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service targets.

What You Bring:

• 13 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or inside sales.
• Bachelors degree in any stream.
• Prior experience in FMCG, D2C eCommerce, or wellness brands is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and any regional language.
• A positive, resilient attitude with the ability to handle objections and follow-ups.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and basic reporting.
• Interest in organic products, health, or wellness-focused brands.
• Strong follow-up skills with a basic understanding of B2B sales processes.
