Customer Service & Production Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via phone and Instagram
• Update and manageorders
• Coordinate with production teams
• Ensure timely production and dispatch of orders
• Coordinate daily with karigars and production units for cutting, stitching, alterations, and finishing

Skills Required

• Strong english communication skills
• Excellent follow-up and micromanagement ability
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and order management systems
• Prior experience in production coordination
• Highly organized and process-driven
