Responsibilities: To handle user queries across calls, email, and chat, support KYC/onboarding, and ensure a smooth platform experience.
Mandatory to Have:
1836 months of customer support experience
Fintech/stockbroking/BFSI background preferred
Strong communication skills
Hindi & English fluency mandatory
Understanding of trading/investment terms
NISM Series VIII (preferred) / Series V-A (acceptable)
CTC -Upto 7 LPA
