Job Description
Dear Candidates,
Reliance Jio is hiring for Customer Service Manager and Collection role in Mumbai location.
Work location: BKC, Mumbai
Working days: 6 days (Mon-Sat)
Candidate must have B2B collections experience and must be good at excel.
1.Payment, collections, pickup, and suspense clearance for allocated accounts.
2.Reconciliation of billing related issue with account and interface with B&P team
3.Ensure best-in-class customer experience and ensuring timely collection
4.Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment on collection progress and address any impending issues
5.Manage direct relationship with customer and account coordinator.
6.Account level service reports and MIS.
7.Act as a pivotal point of contact for accounts, customers, and Jio throughout their lifecycle.
