Job Description
Supervise and support to Money Officer in performing his duties regarding cash management and contribute to verify transactions in real time. | ||
Promotes and cross sell the bank’s products and services | ||
Ensuring high level of customer service to enhance the banking experience of customers | ||
Spots opportunities for cross-sales and monitors leads from staff to maximize sales | ||
Responsible for all Money Officer activities being done on daily basis | ||
Assist to BOSM to fulfil and carry out necessary Branch and Bank objects and goals | ||
Counsels Money Officer staff on personnel issues and encourages empowerment to enhance their skills | ||
Monitors authenticity of instruments and safeguards the bank from fraudulent payments | ||
Monitors whether transactions are within the purview of operational guidelines |
