U-Turn4Nature is a homemade natural food company in Noida that champions sustainability and community empowerment. Our products are crafted by Rural Womens Self-Help Groups (SHGs), supporting local livelihoods and eco-conscious living.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role offers flexibility to work while ensuring excellent customer support and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer delight
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Collaborate across teams to improve the customer experience
What You Bring:
- Up to 3 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Freshdesk)
- Bonus: Fluency in multiple languages
