Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls
• Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
• Document call details accurately in CRM systems
• Follow company quality and compliance guidelines

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to work in night / rotational shifts
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior international BPO experience (preferred but not mandatory)
