We are looking for aCustomer Support Executivewho can ensure every customer has a smooth and delightful experience with the brand.


Role Overview

The Customer Support Executive will handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a great post purchase experience. Since we are a growing startup, the role also requires someone who is flexible and open to supporting other operational tasks when needed.


Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, and phone calls

Assist customers with product information, order status, tracking details, and delivery timelines

Resolve issues related to shipping delays, exchanges, returns, or damaged products

Coordinate with the operations and warehouse team to resolve order related issues

Maintain polite, friendly, and professional communication with customers

Track common customer problems and share feedback internally to improve processes

Support other operational or administrative tasks when required as part of a growing startup team


Requirements

2+ years of experience in customer support, customer success, or a similar role

Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Comfortable handling conversations on WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone

Patient, problem solving mindset and ability to handle complaints calmly

Basic computer skills and familiarity with e commerce operations is a plus

Must be open to learning and taking ownership of additional responsibilities when needed
