Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive, located in Noida. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer accounts and records, and escalating complex issues to relevant teams when needed. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a strong relationship with clients to enhance brand loyalty and improve the overall customer experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and courteously
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, delivery timelines, and company policies
  • Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges as required
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Adhere to customer service processes and quality standards
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge; experience with CRM systems is an advantage
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Education & Experience
  • Minimum qualification: High school graduate (Bachelors degree preferred)
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related role is an advantage

Salary & Compensation
  • Salary: Up to 3,60,000 per annum (LPA) , based on experience and skills
