Job Description

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Working Hours: 12:00 noon to 9:00 PM OR 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm IST

Working Days: Saturday to Wednesday (Weekly off on Thursday and Friday)


Join Keplin Group Limited , a UK-based FMCG company, as a Customer Service Executive for our newly established Mumbai office. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and our online retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Address product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and warranty claims
  • Manage customer service for Amazon, eBay, and courier/claim-related queries
  • Maintain accurate customer records and manage case follow-ups
  • Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and supply chain teams
  • Support documentation tasks and contribute to process improvements


Requirements

  • 13 years of customer service experience (eCommerce experience preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon, eBay, returns, claims, and ticketing systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support tools (e.g., eDesk)
  • Calm, empathetic, and customer-focused approach
