About the Role
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our growing team in Gurgaon. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced BPO environmentthis role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests with a positive attitude
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Meet individual and team performance targets
- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance standards
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO / Call Center (Voice Process)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (if applicable)
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office)
