Job Description: Customer Support Executive US Healthcare (Inbound Voice, Night Shift)
- Job Title: Customer Support Executive Inbound Voice
- Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (On-site)
- Shift: Night Shift aligned with U.S. Time Zones
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Week Off: Fixed Saturday and Sunday
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary ranges from 15,000 to 19,000 per month.
- Employees will receive an attendance bonus of 1,000 per month and an annual performance bonus of up to 15,000.
- Additional benefits include travel allowance, subsidized meals

- Provident Fund and ESI coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from U.S. healthcare customers in a professional manner. Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions.
- Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have a minimum qualification of 12th pass. Graduation or diploma is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
