Responsibilities / Expected Deliverables:
• Candidate should have 3 + Years’ experience in Telecom/ ISP Industry in Client Management.
• Communication must be good to communicate with end customers & internal stake holder
• Candidate should have basic knowledge in Telecom and network.
• Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication.
• Coordination skill is mandatory to complete the delivery/task assigned within SLA
• Willing to work in 24*7 & Night shift will be provided based on the requirement.
• Good knowledge in MS Office

Must-Have Skills:
