Job Responsibilities: -

Handle customer interactions through Email,

Voice, and Chat support.

Understand customer concerns and provide

accurate and timely resolutions.

Deliver excellent customer experience and

maintain high CSAT scores.

Document all interactions clearly in CRM systems.

Adhere to quality standards, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Meet individual and team performance targets (Productivity, Quality, CSAT).

Upsell/Cross-sell products or services where applicable.

Work in rotational shifts, including - weekends/holidays as per business needs.

Eligibility : -

Graduate mandatory .

Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
