Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Customer Service and Operations located in Gurugram. The responsibilities include providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role also involves collaborating with other teams to enhance operational efficiency and optimize customer interactions.


Qualifications

  • Proficient in Customer Support, Customer Service, and resolving customer issues effectively
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and ensuring a positive Customer Experience
  • Skilled in Phone Etiquette and maintaining professional communication at all times
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage customer and operational concerns
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer service or operations roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knows English and Hindi
  • Can operate Computer
