- Good Facilitation Skills, Strong Verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguity, shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, Open to all available Shifts, working on weekends
Job Description:
- Handling Inbound calls
- Be Focused on achieving SLA defined by the project
- Need work in co ordination with Sales Team, Account Department and the Lodges
- Updating trackers on daily basis
- Previous voice experience preferred
- Visualizing, planning and achieving improvement in team productivity
- Coach and help team members whenever required
- Maintain healthy group dynamics
- Should be flexible to work as per Process/Team Requirements
- Coordinate with internal and external customers as necessary
- Should be Familiarize with customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance
- 24*7 working window
- Maintain and update internal reports
