- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3 Bachelors/Graduates)
- All candidates should be comfortable with Rotational Shift / Split or Rotational Week-off / 5 Days Work From Office

Agent Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Ability to multitask and seamlessly handle multiple customers concurrently
• Efficiently manage multiple calls, chat and email conversations while maintaining the quality and accuracy of responses
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of features, and service updates to provide comprehensive and accurate information to customers
• Assist customers with general enquiries related to client's products
• Assist customers with billing inquiries, subscription changes, and payment-related concerns, ensuring accurate billing information and resolving any discrepancies.
• Route cases to appropriate queue for resolution
• Provide first contact resolution
• Escalate customer complaints in accordance with company polices 

Tech Support Agent Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree preferable
• Proficient in relevant computer applications and systems
• 0-2 years of experience in a call centre environment
• Professional phone etiquette
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills,
• Exceptional listening, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Willingness to co-operate with others and work to team and business goals,
• Multi-tasking capabilities
• Knowledge in home broadband, PSTN, VoIP, ADSL and NBN technology types
• Troubleshooting modems, set-top boxes, Windows, Mac OS, and applications.
• Knowledge in TCP/IP, IPV4, IPV6, DNS, Subnetting Etc
• Knowledge in all aspects of Wi-Fi
• Support, handling inquiries via phone & use of Helpdesk ticketing system.
• Running diagnostic programs to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
• Willingness to co-operate with others and work to team and business goals
• Working availability during operational hours and working to a rotating roster. Weekend and evening work will be required.
