Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Sales Representatives to connect with premium customers and promote Elite Credit Cards for a well-known bank. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, sales-driven, and motivated by attractive incentive structures.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with premium bank customers via outbound/inbound calls

Promote and sell Elite Credit Card products

Clearly explain card features, benefits, and eligibility

Build trust and maintain professional customer relationships

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate call and sales records

Adhere to banking compliance and quality standards

Eligibility & Skills Required

Immediate joiners only (candidates who can join immediately upon selection)

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Strong communication skills in Hindi & English

Basic understanding of sales and customer handling

Comfortable with targets and incentive-based sales

Willingness to thoroughly understand the company profile and job role

Extremely comfortable with the offered salary and incentive structure

Comfortable commuting daily to Gurugram (Udyog Vihar)

Work Details

Salary: 13,000 18,000 per month

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives up to 20,000 per month

Work Mode: Work From Office

Office Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a week

Weekly Off: Rotational

Interview Process

Shortlisted candidates will be required to be available for a Face-to-Face (F2F) interview round.

Candidates must be flexible to attend the interview at the communicated location in Gurugram
