Experience: 47 years


Salary: Up to 80,000 1,00,000/month (depending on experience)


Were a fast-growing, Shark Tank funded healthcare & wellness brand building one of Indias most credible new-age pain relief companies across D2C and doctor-led channels.

Were now looking for a Retention Marketing Manager who understands how to turn customers into repeat customers and build strong LTV for a serious consumer brand.


This is a high-impact role directly working with the founder and performance team.


The Role:


You will own customer lifecycle marketing from first purchase to repeat, subscription and loyalty.

If you understand D2C retention, CRM journeys and customer psychology, this role is for you.


What You'll Own:


Build and execute retention strategy across Email, WhatsApp & SMS

Plan lifecycle journeys: welcome, reorder, cross-sell, win-back, subscription

Improve repeat purchase rate and customer LTV

Work closely with performance team to improve CAC:LTV ratio

Manage CRM tools (email, WhatsApp automation, etc.)

Create campaigns around offers, education and product usage

Analyse customer behaviour and optimise funnels

Launch loyalty, referral and subscription programs

Work with content/design team for retention creatives & messaging

Track cohort performance and monthly retention metrics


You Should Have:


47 years experience in D2C retention/CRM marketing

Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing & funnels

Experience with email/WhatsApp/SMS automation tools

Analytical mindset understands LTV, cohorts, repeat rates

Experience working in fast-paced startup environments

Ability to build and execute independently


Bonus:


Experience in healthcare, wellness or nutraceutical brands

Subscription-based product experience

Experience with Shopify or D2C funnels
