Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (In Person Role Only)
Reporting to: Co-founder and D2C Lead
At EUME, retention is not just email marketing. It is lifecycle revenue.
Were looking for a Retention Manager who understands that in a category like luggage, backpacks and travel accessories, repeat purchase doesnt happen automatically- it has to be strategically built.
Role Overview
You will own the entire customer lifecycle from first purchase to month 12 and beyond. Your job is to increase LTV, improve repeat behavior, and build strong automated revenue systems through intelligent cohorting and funnel building.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute end-to-end pre-purchase and post-purchase flows
- Create a structured M0 to M12 cohorting plan
- Design cross-sell and up-sell journeys for a non-repeat purchase category
- Develop segmentation strategies based on behavior, purchase history and engagement
- Build automated and custom flows that directly drive Shopify conversions
- Continuously analyze data, identify drop-offs, and optimize lifecycle funnels
What Were Looking For
- Strong D2C background (non-negotiable)
- Hands-on experience with Bitespeed or similar CRM tools
- Deep understanding of customer cohorting and lifecycle marketing
- Proven ability to build flows and funnels that lead to measurable revenue
- Strong analytical ability comfortable working with data and deriving insights
- Experience driving conversions on Shopify
This is not a campaign execution role.
This is a revenue ownership role.
