Customer Replenishment Officer

Job description: Customer replenishment officer Supply Chain Officer is responsible for ensuring the performance of a supply chain from order to billing to shipment and customer service. The ideal candidate is a conscientious individual with deductive reasoning and problem sensitivity abilities, as well as demonstrable knowledge and experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Select transportation routes to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution.

• Maintaining inventory

• Monitor forecast

• Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.

• Ensure timely delivery with min.90% Fill rate.

• Take complete ownership of supply chain from getting stocks to depot to Billing to dispatch as per appointment.

• Daily tracker on Po billed – Po dispatched – Fill rate%

• Liaison with sales team.

Skills required:

• Logistics/supply chain operational experience essential

• Highly numerate

• Ability to work in an organised and methodical manner to meet timescales and deadlines.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and good overall PC skills (SAP knowledge preferred).

• Complex problem solving

• Good time management skills and ability to prioritise

• Possessing experience in customer-facing position
