Job Description

Role Summary:


The Customer Relationship Specialist is responsible for overseeing client relationships from initiation to completion, ensuring high levels of engagement, timely service delivery, and revenue growth. This role emphasizes the onboarding of clients, cultivating strong connections, and efficiently addressing issues and inquiries. Additionally, the specialist drives investment opportunities through consistent, value-oriented communication.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new clients and conduct strategic discussion meetings.
  • Engage with clients quarterly through calls, emails, and review meetings to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the implementation of strategic investment initiatives.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding investment management and operational tasks.
  • Ensure the timely allocation of funds while obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Address client inquiries, complaints, and escalations in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Generate and manage leads from internal sources and client referrals.
  • Educate clients about products, services, and new offerings.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide insights for service enhancement.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic performance reports.


Pre-requisite

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance
  2. A master's Degree is preferable
  3. Relevant experience of 2-3 years
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset to build trust and rapport with the clients.
  6. Problem-solving Ability and ability to collaborate effectively across team
  7. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools like excel and googlesheets.
  8. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer data and feedback to improve service delivery.
  9. Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing client needs and business environments
  10. Sales orientation with a fair understanding of investment products and financial markets
