They are looking for candidates with a strong record of owning and executing strategic, cross-functional projects as well as partnering with other teams to drive key process improvement programs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for city client experience coordinate with internal (operation & Sales) and external stakeholders (Client POC)

Ensures that customers receive the quickest service possible.

Assists representatives in handling disappointed customers.

Determines a course of action to resolve customer problems.

Trains newly hired customer service representatives

Requisites / Prerequisites:

Graduates from tier 1/2 engineering / management colleges

3-5 years of experience in B2B Client Servicing

Proven track record of handling escalations

Team handling & monitoring capabilities

Preferred Industries: FMCG, Logistics, Hospitality, Mobility, Manufacturing, Retail, Ecommerce
