Recruitment Mantra Hiring CRM Manager for Manorama Industries Limited


Job Description :

  1. Lead and manage the CRM team to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  2. Develop and implement effective CRM strategies and customer engagement plans.
  3. Monitor customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in the CRM system.
  4. Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate maintenance of customer records.
  5. Coordinate with Sales, Branch Managers, and internal departments for seamless service delivery.
  6. Handle key customer escalations and resolve issues efficiently.
  7. Analyze customer data and feedback to improve service processes.
  8. Prepare and submit daily/weekly CRM MIS reports to the VP Sales.
  9. Support business growth by identifying opportunities for customer up-selling and cross-selling.

Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Masters degree in Sales & Marketing (preferred)

Experience

  • 210 years of experience in CRM / Customer Relationship Management
  • Prior team handling experience preferred
