Recruitment Mantra Hiring CRM Manager for Manorama Industries Limited
Job Description :
- Lead and manage the CRM team to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement effective CRM strategies and customer engagement plans.
- Monitor customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate maintenance of customer records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Branch Managers, and internal departments for seamless service delivery.
- Handle key customer escalations and resolve issues efficiently.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to improve service processes.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly CRM MIS reports to the VP Sales.
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities for customer up-selling and cross-selling.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
- Masters degree in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
Experience
- 210 years of experience in CRM / Customer Relationship Management
- Prior team handling experience preferred
