Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage and nurture leads for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective buyers, explaining project details, arranging site visits, and converting inquiries into successful bookings. This role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, and a target-driven mindset.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management
  • Handle incoming leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.
  • Follow up regularly with prospective customers to understand their property requirements.
  • Maintain continuous communication with leads until the final closure.
Customer Interaction
  • Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and amenities to potential buyers.
  • Answer customer queries and guide them through the property buying process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Site Visit Coordination
  • Schedule site visits for interested customers.
  • Coordinate with customers and sales team for smooth site visit experiences.
  • Explain project highlights, location advantages, and investment benefits during visits.
Sales Conversion
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and support the sales team in closing deals.
  • Assist customers with booking procedures and documentation.
Data & Reporting
  • Maintain daily call reports and lead tracking records.
  • Update CRM/Excel sheets with lead status and follow-up details.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all customer interactions.
Team Coordination
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
  • Share customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
Required Skills

Technical Skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, calls, and email communication

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field preferred.
  • 02 years experience in real estate sales or CRM is preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
Additional Requirements
  • Must be willing to work 100% from office at LB Nagar, Hyderabad.
  • Willingness to travel for client site visits when required.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
