CRM Manager Sales Operations & Pipeline Management

Location: Noida, Sector 153
About the Role:

We are hiring a CRM Manager to own and manage our sales CRM system and pipeline operations . This role is critical in ensuring lead discipline, data accuracy, follow-ups, and smooth coordination between BDMs, Salespersons, and Management .


This is a process-driven role ideal for someone who understands sales funnels, reporting, and execution rigor.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the CRM system (Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce / Pipedrive or similar)
  • Ensure all leads, meetings, follow-ups, and deal stages are updated accurately
  • Collect daily and weekly reports from BDMs and Salespersons
  • Track lead movement across the pipeline (Lead Meeting Trial Order Closure)
  • Assign and reassign leads to salespersons as per territory and workload
  • Monitor follow-ups, delays, and inactive leads and escalate when required
  • Maintain data hygiene (duplicate removal, correct tagging, status accuracy)
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales dashboards for management
  • Coordinate closely with the BDM team to ensure smooth handover of leads
  • Support management in forecasting and performance analysis
  • Ensure CRM discipline is followed across the organization
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in CRM Management / Sales Operations
  • Hands-on experience with at least one CRM platform (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and pipeline management
  • Excellent coordination, follow-up, and reporting skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders (BDM, Sales, Management)
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets / dashboards
Preferred (Good to Have):
  • Experience in B2B / industrial / manufacturing sales environments
  • Familiarity with lead generation workflows and sales KPIs
  • Experience creating sales performance dashboards
  • Ability to enforce process discipline diplomatically
