Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused CRM Post Sales Manager to manage the complete customer journey from booking to possession for residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will act as the primary point of contact for homebuyers, ensuring seamless coordination across departments, timely documentation, accurate communication, and an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers after booking until project handover.
Coordinate with finance teams for payment follow-ups, receipts, loan documentation, and NOCs.
Ensure all customer queries, concerns, and escalations are resolved promptly and professionally.
Maintain and update customer records, documentation, and communication logs in CRM software.
Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout the post-sales lifecycle.
Address post-handover issues in coordination with facility or project teams during the defect liability period.
Manage customer onboarding, issue allotment letters, demand letters, payment schedules, and project updates.
Prepare MIS reports related to customer payments, outstanding dues, documentation status, and handover timelines.
Keep customers informed about construction progress, milestone achievements, project timelines & possession plans.
Assist customers with bank loan processing by coordinating with banks, preparing necessary documentation, and providing timely support.
Manage the handover process by coordinating with engineering teams, scheduling inspections, and ensuring all pre-handover checks are completed.
Coordinate with the sales, legal, engineering, and accounts departments for smooth processing of agreements, modifications, and handover requirements.
Oversee agreement execution process including Agreement to Sale (ATS), Sale Agreements, registration documentation, and coordination with legal teams.
Qualifications:
Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
57 years of experience in Post Sales / CRM roles within the real estate industry.
Professional, polished, and customer-centric approach.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of customer interactions.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and process adherence.
Strong understanding of real estate processes including booking to possession workflow, RERA guidelines, registration, and loan documentation.
