Job Summary

Shara Circuits Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with strong communication skills and high customer-handling ability to manage clients across PCB design, fabrication, assembly, and component sourcing services. The role requires acting as the single point of contact for customers , ensuring smooth coordination, timely updates, and long-term relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers for all PCB design and manufacturing requirements
  • Handle customer communication with professionalism, clarity, and high emotional intelligence (EQ)
  • Onboard new clients by understanding technical and commercial requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Production, Quality, Logistics) to ensure timely execution
  • Track enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, production status, and dispatch schedules
  • Maintain accurate and updated client records in CRM and internal trackers
  • Share regular project updates and follow up on pending actions
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalations with a solution-oriented approach
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term client retention

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong client-handling and relationship-management abilities
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of PCB design, fabrication, and assembly processes (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 15 years of experience in CRM, inside sales, or client management roles
  • Experience in electronics, manufacturing, EMS, or B2B services is an advantage
