We are looking for a CRM & Handover Leader to drive seamless possession experiences in high-rise residential projects. This role demands strong ownership, customer focus, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end flat handover process with zero customer friction
• Act as single point of contact for customers during possession phase
• Manage snag closure, inspections, and quality readiness
• Drive modification management with engineering and QA teams
• Ensure SOP-driven handover execution and compliance
• Oversee parking allotment and documentation transparency
• Coordinate across construction, MEP, legal, finance, and facility teams
• Track MIS, customer satisfaction, and escalation closures

What We Are Looking For

• Strong exposure to high-rise residential handovers
• Deep understanding of RERA, possession protocols, and quality checks
• Ability to manage customers, complexity, and coordination simultaneously
• Sharp problem-solving and communication skills

Qualification

• Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management / MBA
