- Maintaining and updating records of Customer interactions.
- Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Ability to understand various documents related to sale agreement, sale deed, GPA, POA, Katha documents etc
- Facilitate customer for registration and other legal related documentation.
- MS Office skills Excel , word Power point etc
- Open to learn and work on AI powered tools to enhance customer experience
- Follow up on outstanding payment.
- Interact with financial institutions for documentation.
- Additional Skills 1. Familiarity with regulations related to the industry/ Department of Stamp Duty & Registration
- To Liaison with departments like Account, Legal and Liasioning
- Process customer accounts and file documents
- Working on TAT
- Other works assigned by the senior authorities
