CRM Executive
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive who will be responsible for managing customer relationships, supporting retention initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication with our customer base. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, fluent in English, and comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Requirements 23 years of experience in CRM, customer engagement, or a related role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems and customer databases.
Support customer engagement and retention initiatives through email, messaging, and other CRM channels.
Monitor and analyze customer interactions and engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to execute customer communication campaigns.
Ensure timely responses and professional communication with customers. Assist in maintaining accurate customer records and segmentation.
Support ongoing CRM optimization and customer lifecycle initiatives.
