Were Hiring | Customer Relationship Executive (Key Accounts) B2B Customer Support / Customer Success
Mumbai (2 positions) | Pune (2 positions)
Full-time | Office-based + field coordination (as required)
Reporting to: Sales Head / Business Development Head
At Filtra Consultants And Engineers Ltd, we work with 3000+ SKUs across 30 product categories and serve 10,000+ B2B clients. were building a strong Key Accounts Customer Support team to service and grow these customers.
Role PurposeManage and grow key B2B customer accounts by ensuring:
- Smooth account servicing & order execution
- Disciplined outstanding recovery / collections
- Consistent upsell & cross-sell across product categories
1) Key Account Servicing
- SPOC for allotted key accounts for daily requirements
- Handle enquiries; coordinate quotations with Proposal Team
- Follow-up, coordinate order confirmation and dispatch
- Internal coordination with stores, logistics, procurement, technical team
- Ability to generate Proforma Invoice
- Professional communication via calls/email + interaction logging
2) Outstanding Recovery & Credit Discipline
- Resolve blockers (GRN issues, rate differences, pending credit notes, docs gaps, etc.)
- Coordinate invoices, POD and statements with accounts team
3) Upsell & Cross-sell
- Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities across Filtras product categories
- Promote bundles/add-ons (spares, consumables, instruments, accessories)
- Share product updates and ensure continuity of follow-up with sales team
4) Reporting & CRM Hygiene
- Maintain customer data (contacts, decision makers, history, payment pattern)
- Update CRM/Excel tracker with follow-ups, quotation status, dispatch status, outstanding
- Weekly account summary and performance reporting
- Response TAT, order accuracy, repeat order rate
- Cross-sell/upsell conversions + gross profit contribution
- Follow-up closure rate + CRM discipline
- Age: 2435 preferred
- Experience: 26 years in B2B customer support / inside sales / key accounts / collections
- Education: Graduate (B.Com/BBA/BA) or Diploma/BE (preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation (collections)
- Strong Excel/CRM discipline
- Knowledge of invoice/GST basics/PO-GRN process preferred
- Calm, consistent follow-ups; comfortable with targets
